Automated emails are not working

In Marketing, when I click "Create Campaign," I cannot then selected ANYTHING under the Automated Campaign list... not Welcome New Customers, not Bring back your lapsed customers, etc. 

How do I get it to be selectable? Screenshot to see what I mean:

Hey @Rebecca1964

Have you already created any of those automated campaigns that are still active?
You can only have 1 of each of those active at a time, and they get grayed out if there is already one of them going.
