I have a zen cart site located and configured in Canada. I use Square (which is also configured as Canada and linked to a Canadian bank account). However, I just took an order from a customer who is also in Canada but the transaction is showing as having been converted from USD funds.
Did I do something wrong? Is Square, being a US-based company just converting to USD? Or did the customer perhaps use a USD credit card? I can't make sense of this.

It's hard to say from here as I cannot look at your account to say for sure but it sounds like it could be either of those options.
I'm also unsure on how Zen Cart works since they're a third party with us. It may be easier to reach out to our direct CS team who can take a closer look at this payment and make sense of it for you.
