Can employees clock in and out using a tablet without internet?

Forgive me if I'm in the spot. 

I run a small family farm and we have a few employees. Can they clock in and out using the tablet without internet or does it need to be connected to record their time.

Hello @TheFarmIT and welcome to the Community!

The app does require some sort of internet connection to function properly especially for the features such as clocking in/out.

You can use WiFi or a hotspot if that works better for you. Data should work too as long as you have data for the iPad.
