New to square.... I have the stand, chip reader and receipt printer. Going to order the cash drawer soon.
we have other businesses that use Sage bookkeeping and I would like to incorporate the data into Sage if possible.
Also, how can you unplug the printer and card reader connection? I would like our servers to be able to take the square stand right to the table for customers to sign.

To your second question @jukejoint, you could remove the iPad from the Stand if you wanted customers to sign on the iPad, but I don't think I'd recommend it. Your printer and reader will disconnect each time you do so it would become pretty cumbersome.
A different option to consider is logging into a second device that the servers could take to the table. Then, as long as you have Open Tickets enabled, you'd be able to view and close out a customer's check on either device. Hope that helps!
