If I want to give my team members incentives to get customers to sign up for loyalty points....How can I track that?
Is there a way to see what user/team member was logged in when the customer registered?

You should be able to look at the customer details and view the transactions they've made. The payment details should reveal who accepted the payment and at what time, which you can cross-reference to the sign up!
