The other thing is if this is a square checking account debit card. You cannot use it on a casino site. The terms of service strictly prohibit this:
"The Card is NOT a bank deposit account or a charge card that allows you to make purchases or obtain cash advances and pay for them later. The Card cannot be used for any online gambling, escort services, or any illegal transaction"
So I think you are just hitting a situation where you cannot use the account to do this sort of transaction. There is just too much potential for fraud.
