Hey there @AdamLogan and @ehflower.
Since no one has responded here yet. I would suggest you contact our support team regarding this situation so they can take a look at what may be going on that caused the Comp option to not work as expected. Please reach out by phone when you have a moment by logging into your Square account and heading here.
