Concession Stand: Recommendations for set up?

I am now running credit cards.  I run a football concession stand that is only open from August until October.  We do have around 50000 in sales during that timeframe and so it does get very busy at times.  What recommendations do you have for equipment to use, etc.

Before anyone offers hardware suggestions, we need to learn a little bit more about your space and business. 

For starters do you have Wi-Fi at the stand? 

Do you plan on using an iOS or Android device? 

What is your average ticket size? 

Do you have a kitchen making food orders? 

Does the stand have a lot of power outlets where the register would be? 

How many cashiers do you have processing payments?
