Customer Feedback - A customer replied to a receipt - Attachments

I just had a customer reply to a receipt and attached a screenshot  of an additional item they want to purchase. Unfortunately, the screenshot attachment doesn't show up in the feedback messages or on the email notification.

 

I'll admit it is possible the customer forgot to attach the screenshot...

 

It doesn't appear customers can send back attachments. I could see this being a security measure, but perhaps it could somehow be attached to the email notification sent to my email address and not the messages portion of square.

 

Just curious if I'm missing something, if this is in the works, or if anyone else has this issue.

Great question, @crystalimages! We don't currently provide a way to view attachments within the dashboard, but I can easily see why that would be helpful. Hopefully this is a feature we'll add in the future. In the meantime, did you contact the customer outside of the dashboard so you could see the screenshot?
