has anyone ever won a dispute that a customer has put in for?
i have noticed that everytime we have a customer make a dispute about goods/services not received with out policies, contracts, verbiage and everything in place for a no-refund, a customer is always refunded!
has anyone ran into this?
i have called and talked to the dispute team but they told me that it is up to the clients bank to refund or not!
really irking. has anyone ran into this?
because the clients are always winning since the refund is up to the clients bank to decide if they should recieve a refund or not.
