From the very first moment that I removed the Stand from the carton, I felt that the design and layout of the lightning connector were poorly created. Sure enough the connector has broken and apparently is not repairable and worst yet Square refuses to take responsibility for what I believe is faulty design.
Tina who took my call on the weekend told me that a square rep would call me to discuss this but guess what ... No one has called.
I have given Square thousands of dollars in fees and equipment purchases and feel that they are not assuming their responsibilities. This is enough to make us want to change providers... Let's not forget about the outages these past months,,,
