Did not receive a copy of the email that the customer ordered.

After I upgrade from free into Professional one, I didn't receive copy of the customer ordered items two times. and I also checked the junk email but there is no any there.

Are there anything I have to set up to get the copy again?

Hi @rumorous, sorry to hear you're having issues with the order confirmation email. Please check the following steps 

 

1. Make sure your email notification is enabled, especially for "Payments" 

2. Check if your email is correct and notification for Online order is enabled. To do so, login to your Online Dashboard > go to Settings > select Notification > Toggle on New order emails. 

 

Please let me know if you continue having issues.
