Does Loyalty offer a 'double star' promotion?

Would love to offer 'double star' days for loyalty customers- is this possible?

We wish for this too! I do not believe Square offers this yet. However...

We manually do it on special days. Our employees just manually add double stars to the customer loyalty profile for the customers that are participating in the promotion (i.e. double stars for "Caramel week" purchase).

This really needs to be added! I've just enrolled in the loyalty program and figuring things out.  The monthly fee for this is high (in my opinion) and has a few features I'd like to see improved.
