Does Square refund on the equipment if I change my mind about having a square account?

I have been trying to set up square and received the equipment (card reader and holder).  I get no support from Square and I am having nothing but trouble to try to get it all working.  Seems, everytime my tablet goes to sleep I lose the BT connection with the reader which I then have to remove the reader from its holder and press the link button.  Not feasible in a busy office.

Hello @Mustang51, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. 

 

That's weird that your reader is dropping the Bluetooth connection. This reader does go into sleep mode when it's not in use to conserve power, but to wake it up all you need to do is add an item to charge on the Point of Sale app.
