Square and Kabbage both use Celtic bank to fund loans and applying at Kabbage seems to forever hurt your chances of a new Square Capital loan even if you have a perfect track record.

This is not true. Square does not put into consideration whether or not a Seller's business has applied to Kabbage when offering Capital.
