Email address question

Apologies if this has been raised before but... I incorrectly entered an email address, issue was special characters etc. when sending out the invoice it was never paid because the email address did not exist, obviously. This has all been rectified now but I am wondering why I did not receive a bounce back from square to say email address does not exist. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

Unfortunately the way our invoices system works means we're not able to tell if an email address entered exists or doesn't exist - so if you make a typo and the invoice never reaches the customer, you won't receive a notification.
