Email and password of the business owner required, when the employee is using app

Why does the Ipad require the owner's email and password on the ipad after I reboot the ipad?

It seems like employees should have their own log in.

I have already assigned limited permissions to the employees.

Hi @Belisama! It sounds like you only have passcodes assigned to your employees and not an email and password, because you are correct, employees are able to have their own sign in information to help prevent the step you are explaining above. 

 

Make sure to enable "Mobile Point of Sale" access for each employee and also assign an email to them. We will then email them asking them to create a password.
