For the free processing promotion when does the 180 days begin? At the start of the account or at first transaction

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

If you referred someone to Square, or you were referred to Square, the 180 days would begin when the free processing is issued. This is the point at which a referral link is successfully used to create a Square account for a new seller.
