Google Contact Sync

Since there is not currently a way to sync customer contacts with google contacts, I've been exporting all the customer information and importing it into Google contacts. 

Name and email syncs up fine, but the phone number does not populate. The phone number shows up in the notes (which I then drag into the phone field). Not ideal. Is there a way to fix this?

Just to make sure I'm understanding you correctly- you're talking about from the Customer Directory right?

I'm not sure how Google Contacts works in terms of how things export there since I'm not trained in their software. It may be best to reach out to Google and see if they have more insight into why that could be occurring.

Correct. I am exporting customer directory. I import in Google contacts. Their name and email populates perfectly, but their phone numbers are left in the note section. 

Currently, I have to go into every contact detail and drag their number into the appropriate field.

I will contact Google as well. Thank you for the advice.
