Has anyone been sent an email and be told they can't have a reader?

I was told they can't send me a reader and I was not sure why.  Come to find out my address was wrong when they sent me mine before this the reason I did not get it.  I corrected the issue and emailed them about this.  Should this correct the problem of getting a reader

If you attempted to ship multiple Square Magstripe Reader's and never received any of them; we would recomend picking one up from a local retailer. You can definitely have one and I can see that your latest request was shipped earlier this week. 

If you made this request before you updated your address go ahead and give us a call. Our Support Team would be happy to ship you a reader.
