We are a small farm with a retail farm store. To help slow down the spread of Coronavirus, we have offered our customers free delivery. Since we are taking all orders and payment over the phone, all credit card transactions are done manually which is charged a higher transaction percentage fee. How about if Square waives that higher fee for a while and charge the lower standard fee? Just until we can open our doors again and welcome customers back into our shop. A way for Square to help!
