How can I facilitate payments between parties?

I'm developing an iOS app that's acting as an intermediary between 2 parties. One party sets a price for the content, and the other pays that price, with us taking a portion of the entire sale.

Does Square allow/help facilitate this?

Thanks @AshleyK - I anticipated this as a possibility. Is it within the guidelines for us to accept the payment with the intent to pay out to another party using another means?
