How do I change countries?

New phone number, new country same email. Cannot set up square in Canada because the email is already taken!! What to do, what to do? On hold on my cell now for over 25 minutes.

Hello @kittykayak, it sounds like you were already on the right track.

 

Currently an email address can only be tied to one account at a time. Our Customer Success Team can help with deactivating your United States account and freeing up that email address. 

 

Once the email address is removed from your old account you'll be able to add it to the new account! 🙂
