How long does it take a transaction to show up on a customers account?

I ran a customers card on December 2nd and already received the funds on my end. However, the customer is saying it's not showing up on her account. She did receive the email receipt.

A charge will show up at the time of the transaction.  If you got paid via credit card then they got charged.  The charge will show up as SQ* Your business name, mine Shows up as SQ* Van Kalker Farms.  Maybe this is why the customer doesn't see your charge? or they are looking at the wrong card, you can see what the last 4 digits were on the transaction.
