How long does it take for a pending charge to appear back on my account?

Cancelled an order on Amazon and the item I cancelled was no longer going to be shipped, but it's been 3 days now and the funds are still not there

Not sure I'm understanding your question. 

Did you place a hardware order on Amazon? If that's the case, I would recommend checking who the seller was.

Our hardware is usually sold and shipped directly by Amazon, which means they are the one processing your refund.
