How to Redirect an Online Store Page?

So I opened my online store a year or two ago and my product has changed since then. Whenever I delete a product on my online store, the page isn't actually deleted as you can type in the url to still find it on Google. The problem is that Google still has access to the old URL so it's still placing organically on Google! I've tried creating a duplicate URL but it adds a "1" to the end of the URL so it cannot be duplicated. 

If anyone knows how to truly delete or redirect an old product page on the online store, I'm all ears.

Juan at squareup solved my problem. If you have an obsolete product ranking on google, go to your dashboard, then items. There you can delete all the old products and pages you no longer offer.
