what reader did you buy?  the free one comes via USPS and I think all the paid for ones come via UPS with tracking.  if it is the free one it could be lost in the USPS system.  you can get one locally and be reimbursed into your Square account for it making it free.  https://squareup.com/where-to-buy

These readers can take up to 10 business days to reach their destination. If it's been longer than this you can contact our Customer Success team for another reader.
