I have two charges on my bank account. How do I get this resolved?

I have two charges to my account using my back information on 1/25 at 3:30 am and 5:30 am that I did not make.  How do I get this resolved.  Coincidently there is no customer service contact number on website as it states “unavailable at the time”.......
