I ordered a square and haven’t received it. How long do they take

Readers usually arrive within 10 days  of your order being placed. What day did you place your order?

We're able to track the readers up to the delivery to your local post office, and the post office will deliver to your mail box from there. 

If it's been more than 10 days, give our CS Team a call directly and they can track down your reader for you.

It’s been passed 10 days and i’ve already received my card but not the square to actually start receiving payments, Smh i’m starting think i should have signed up with clover
