I wish I could create custom payment options on the point of sale app
Does anyone else wish it was possible to add custom payment options on the point of sale app that make it easier to keep track of payments that are not taken through square. For example an EBT food stamps pos machine that is separate from square.
most people that use Square to process sales of EBT payments will enter the sale in Square as normal and then choose other as the payment method then either other or other gift card and enter the authorization number or input EBT in the note field.
Yes that works but it is a few more clicks and some typing if you want detials. Is square planning on the ability to add custom options to the list of payment options?
