Inventory stop tracking item that being sold in store. Square does not care for help.

i own liquor store. at 8pm yesterday suddenly Sqaure inventory  management stop tracking item that being sold in store. For example- If we have 4 units of corona and we sold 2 in past 24 hours. System still showing as 4. i called Sqaure and they put blame on Engineering team and said wait 5 to 7 business days. I do not understand  why Square never understand imporatnce for small business owner like us. they have no idea how much money we will lose and extra labor we have to put to fix everything.
