Invoice and Inventory

Im very new to Square and loving it so far.

One head scratching question.

Ive noticed when I do an invoice and wait for payments (could be upto 30 days)the items don't seem to be taken off my inventory.

This is causing all sorts of problems with stock control.

What am I doing wrong?

Please help as I can't take another day counting bottles !!!!!

Hey @folly69, welcome to the Square Seller Community! 

 

At this time, your inventory is not automatically adjusted when an item is added to an invoice. You will need to manually adjust your stock once you have added an item to your invoice.

 

I think it's a great idea though. I'll pass your comment back to our product team as it's a popular feature request. We'll share any updates we have on this feature request as soon as we have one.
