Invoicing a customer in Europe

New Square user here. I collect payments from my customers via invoicing. I invoiced a customer in Europe and her payment is  not showing up. She says the funds have been debited from her account. I cannot mail her merchandise until I have funds verified. Does anyone know how long it takes for funds to deposit from outside the USA?
