Is it possible to designate whether a sale is delivery or over the counter?
We are a food business and our sales are a mix of delivery and walk up transactions. I would like to be able to code each sale walk up or delivery and maybe even subsets of delivery like phone order or ecommerce order, etc. Is there a way to do this?

In your Dashboard, go to Items -> Settings -> Dining Options
You can set various dining options on this screen. On the point of sale, right above the register tape on the right side of the screen you'll see your various options listed. Whatever option is chosen will print on all tickets.
You can pull reports by option on the Item Sales report. Use the Filter By dropdown.
