I charge my clients on a monthly basis using the Invoice application. (My clients have a standing weekly appt. that I Invoice in adavance. I am a piano teacher.)
I would like to also use the Appointment Calander and do the "Check Out" feature every week so I can track no shows, use the appt. reminders etc. But, I do not want to charge my Clients at Check Out as I ahve already charged them at the beginning of the month using the Invoice system.
Is it possible to integrate the Invoice system with thier already Paid account with the appointment calander without double charging. Basically crediting thier account each month for each appointment.
