Is there a way to have clients pay a deposit without having to choose an appointment date?

I am looking for a way for my clients to choose multiple services but not choose an appointment date. I need my clients to be able to choose different services but each service will have a different appointment date. Almost like they're creating their own bundle of services. Right now I have items in an online store, but I don't want them to have to pay for all of their items up front. I need a way to create a deposit. 

Any ideas?

We don't have a feature like that at this time, but feedback like this is very helpful when planning for future releases. One option would be to manually create invoices for the customers, but that would not be something they can create on the website directly.
