I need help with the End Drawer Feature. Is there a place for the balance of Cash Sales and Cash Refunds to total. I have a cashier that can't pull the correct amount because of missing the Refund amount. That makes it a bear for the next cashier to come and have the correct balance in the drawer.
Your Cash Drawer Report accounts for refunds issued during your Cash Drawer session, however you can always check your Dashboard sales reports to view the Cash Sales vs Refunds issued.
The Drawer History report might work for this as well.
Yes, I agree, but that is not the issue. As I stated I have a cashier that manages to miss the refund everytime she has one. I was looking for a way for the ending drawer report to total them up.
