Is there a way I can mask a sale that I processed as a matter of convenience for a customer? We held a charity event and he could only pay with credit card. I allowed him to charge a large sale item and I will write the check to the charity. No problem except that it now skews my "average sale per customer" very strongly. It also makes it look like I had a whopper day, when in fact it was a very average day. Just wondering what I could do--other than just remember to reverse it out every time I look at it.
