Is there a way to offer a discount for customers who share their email address?

Hi Square Community,

Is there anyway within the Square POS system to track customers by email so that everytime the purchase and share their email address the receive a discount?

Hi @MeSheri. Welcome to the Seller Community and kudos on your first post! We're happy to have you! As for your request, we don't currently offer this functionality. While you can certainly use the Customer Directory feature to add a customer to a sale, we don't currently offer conditional discounts like this. You could certainly create a discount and manually apply it to a sale for those customers who share these details with you.
