Is there anyway I can confirm a customer has received their refund?

I issued a refund and got the email confirmation that the refund was processed and funds were pulled from my bank account. Is there a way to check if the customer received the funds without contacting the customer? Like an approval code we receive on our end once the funds have been made available to the customer?
