Is there away employees can get paid on total amount instead of discount amount?

How can my employess get the tip on total amount prior to the discount and prior to the use of a gift card? Is this possible?

This isn't something that's available at the moment, I completely understand why it would be helpful to have tipping percentages derived from the pre-discount purchase total.

It's a feature request that we're currently tracking and it seems to be pretty popular among sellers.
