Issues processing payment with saved credit card details

Is anyone receiving reports of customers with saved credit card details being declined on the website?

Have had two seperate customers today, with no issue with their credit card.

I haven't seen any reports of this recently, but could you give us some more information on the errors you saw.

Or were they similar situations? There could be a number of reasons why those declined.
