Item screens disappear three times last 2 days.

Hi Everyone,

 

Item screens disappear three times last 2 days. I've 4 ipads using/sharing 1 account, 2 ipads for each store. Updated to latest version recently.  Ipads consist of ipad 2, ipad 3, 2xipad 4. The ipad 3 gives me the most problems. After deleting the app and reinstalling it, the app did not sync well as settings disappear and products display only prices without descriptions. Any idea what's going wrong? This is my 1 major problem since I used Square Register since early 2015.  It's an awesome app. Thanks

Hmm strange; sorry to hear about the trouble! Your iPads should definitely be working the same across the board. 

 

Reinstalling the app should ensure you have the latest version of it, but I'd also make sure your iOS is up-to-date, and restart your devices. Check out our full list of troubleshooting tips in our Support Center, and let me know how it goes.
