My Lenova e10 and chip reader paired perfectly up until about 2 weeks ago, but I can no longer get them to pair

Hey @sunshinecoastuk,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your reader.
It looks like the E10 is not tested as compatible with Square, which means we don't specifically develop for this device as we continue to update our app and reader firmware. If it's worked previously though, what sort of error are you seeing at the moment? Anything specific that might hint at the issue?
