Logo not showing up on PDF version of the invoice

Hello,

 

I've noticed that the logo on the top left corner of the PDF version of the invoice has now disappeared and reverted back to the generic "store front" logo.  

 

I had made some changes in the Receipt settings.  The logo still appears on the digital invoice/receipt, but not on the PDF version when you download it.  

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hmm, interesting. Thanks for bringing this to our attention @V4J . What browser are you using to export the PDF?

I have a similar issue. When I look at the preview in SquareOne the logo shows on the invoice. When it is emailed the logo is shown as a missing image/broken image. I verified it is on the invoice template and on the preview but when I email the invoice (MS Outlook) the logo is still missing.
