I processed a manual payment as always and have done for past 3 years this was 1 week ago it’s showing on my clients side as pending but I can see it anywhere on my square account side in transactions at all or in my account!
We we took another payment this week and worked perfect I’m not sure what to do

While we're not able to look into account-specific matters via our community forum, you can correlate which transactions were sent in which deposits via your Deposit Reports, otherwise please give our support team a call on 1800 760 137 to chat further 👍
