Map Location Wrong

So I can't find anywhere to contact support on the appointments module, so I thought I would try here.  I have added a "Book Appointment" button to our website, and when I click it, the booking page comes up, but my issue is that the little map showing my location is wrong.  I have my address entered and showing correctly but the map is showing an address 25-30 mins away.  How do we correct the map to show the proper location?

I saw a client receipt the other day and my address location was not right.  It looked like it may have been the address of the store where I bought the reader... is that possible - how do I fix this?  My address is entered in my square profile as 

 

116 Albert St.

Suite 300

Ottawa, Ontario

K1P 5G3

 

Which is at the corner of Albert & Metcalfe, but is appears about 3 block west and 2 blocks south of that location.

 

Can I view in Square where the map will be pointing?

I am trying to set up an appointment page with Square, and the map shows the wrong location. It would be great to be able to correct these issues myself, but until that is enabled, would you be able to correct the location?

Can someone correct this for me as well. I have changed the location on my app, and it hasnt changed the map. How do I get this corrected?

I also have this issue @ https://www.fraserandfig.com/ where I ultimately had to disable the map feature module because it would not update. However, the map that shows up in the customers email confirmation still shows the old address. I do not believe there is anywhere I can access that template to update or change. Help!

It's rather stupid that they just can't fix it.  I'm having another issue with appointments where the services don't appear so customers can't schedule appointments.  Asked for help several times and never get an answer.

I contacted support who replied and forwarded the issue on to the appointments module support, but I guess they don't care as I've never heard anything from them.  Seems appointment support is a bit useless.

I'm having the same issue. Map location is wrong and the address being given to my customer is wrong. This is big issue when I have tried and tried to correct this myself and can't get in contact with anyone.

Unfortunately the support people don't really care.  This has been an issue for a couple years and still is.  I've been dealing with a new issue with their appointments system, and a problem with their api.  They don't give a **bleep**.

Google Maps also gets it wrong - so we had to update it manually through our business site

It looks like you may need to review your address in your General Settings. I tried searching on Google and the formatting of the address was corrected. 

 

After doing this, your map will reflect the correct location.
