So am I the only who thinks this new Loyalty pricing (https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6382-square-loyalty-pricing) is the final straw? After using this service since it started and getting thousands of customers on the program - Square now institutes a massive price increase for this sub-par product. After paying thousands of dollars in processing fees and add-ons every year, then they pull this bait-and-switch on the pricing program. They could have *easily* grand-fathered in existing customer plans. Could any of you imagine treating *your* customers like this? I wouldn't be in business very long... and I wouldn't operate my business in this manner any way.
