I was wondering, on the dashboard, where it shows the new and returning customers, what is a good number or percentage to strive for? What would be considered a good balance? Thanks

That would depend on your business. Some don't have regular customers like a service business and some have a lot like a coffee shop. It is really just a way to gauge how you are doing with your customers, offering, marketing. If you start using the loyalty program you can see if it is helping increase your repeat business.
