We are a non-profit veterans organization, will we receive the 1099-K if we go over the $600 in the year? We use the square to take donations from fundraisers during the year that allows us to help our veterans and their families. We don't pay taxes as we are federally exempt.

You will not receive one in the mail.
If you log in to your Square dashboard-
Then from the choices on the Right side select Account & Settings-
Then a new screen will open and again on the Right Side look for Business Information-
Then Tax Forms.
Square may produce one for you that you need to take to your Tax Professional.
I am not sure if they need to record what was earned by the Non profit and then just show what your taxes would have been and put that your Exempt from Paying those Taxes.
This would be a question for your accountant if you need to bring that in to them or not.
